Welcome to our 50th anniversary season

By Joanne Bernstein
Interim Executive Director

The audience applauds an LFS performanceWelcome to Lake Forest Symphony’s 50th anniversary season. I am thrilled to be an integral part of this fabulous organization, especially during this special time in our history. In celebration, Maestro Heatherington has planned one spectacular concert after another all season long. This, of course, is the best gift we can offer you – our audience members and supporters who relish in experiencing the best and most beloved music in the classical repertoire performed by our own fabulous professional orchestra and accompanied by a roster of superb guest artists.

As I am sure you well know, even when we sell out our hall for our performances, ticket revenue only covers a small percentage of the costs we incur to bring you full orchestral concerts. Please consider making a new gift or renewing your support using the attached contribution envelope. We depend on your generosity to keep the music playing for this season and for the next 50 years!

Thank you, and I look forward to seeing you at our concerts this season.
