Brahms - Dvorák
Our season begins with Brahms’ powerful “symphony” for piano and orchestra, performed by one of the greatest pianists before the public today; and the beloved Dvorák symphony composed during his stay in America but brimming with the melodic beauty and rhythmic energy of his Czech homeland.
These concerts will be followed by a complimentary anniversary celebration honoring all past and present LFS conductors, orchestra members, staff and volunteers.

The
Lake Forest Symphony is partially supported by a grant from the Illinois
Arts Council, an agency of the State of Illinois.
