Box Office Information

Ticket Policies

Build-your-own and Full Season Subscribers are given the benefit of a flexible ticket exchange policy. Exchanges must be made by calling the Box Office no later than 4pm the Friday before a concert weekend. Tickets can be exchanged for another performance within that season (pending availability) and will be given the best comparable seat available.

Single ticket buyers may not exchange tickets.

Subscribers and Single ticket buyers who wish to donate their tickets must do so at least three (3) hours prior to the performance. This may be done either by calling (847) 295-2135 or emailing the Box Office at

Any patron may transfer their ticket to another person by calling the Box Office by 4pm the Friday before a Masterworks weekend. Transferred tickets can be emailed or left at Will Call for the new recipient.

There are no refunds on subscriptions or single tickets.


A discount of 10% will be offered to groups of 10 or more. To reserve tickets for a group, call the Symphony Box Office at (847) 295-2135.

We will be closed on Monday, September 3, 2019 in observance of Labor Day.

During concert weekends, the Box Office is open at the concert venue (Gorton Center or James Lumber Center) 90 minutes prior to each performance. The Box Office is accessible by phone or email starting at 9am on performance days.
