Ticket Policies

EXCHANGING TICKETS
Build-your-own and Full Season Subscribers are given the benefit of a flexible ticket exchange policy. Exchanges must me made by calling the Box Office no later than 4pm the Friday before a concert weekend. Tickets can be exchanged for another performance within that season (pending availability) and will be given the best comparable seat available.

Single ticket buyers may not exchange tickets.

DONATING TICKETS
Subscribers and Single ticket buyers who wish to donate their tickets must do so at least three (3) hours prior to the performance. This may be done either by calling (847) 295-2135 or emailing the Box Office at boxoffice@lakeforestsymphony.org.

TRANSFERRING TICKETS
Any patron may transfer their ticket to another person by calling the Box Office by 4pm the Friday before a Masterworks weekend. Transferred tickets can be emailed or left at Will Call.

REFUNDS
There are no refunds on subscriptions or single tickets.

The Lake Forest Symphony Administrative Offices are in the Gorton Center, located in downtown Lake Forest.

Regular Office Hours:
Mon – Fri 10am to 4pm
Sat – Sun CLOSED

During concert weekends, the Box Office is open at the concert venue (Gorton Center or James Lumber Center) two hours before each performance. The Box Office is accessible by phone or email starting at 9am on performance days.

The Box Office will be closed on Thursday, July 4 and Friday, July 5.
